How do you stop overthinking at 3am when your mind just won't shut off?

It's the quietest hour of the night and somehow the loudest place in your head — replaying conversations, worst-case scenarios, and things you said five years ago.

No amount of telling yourself to "just sleep" actually works, and the longer you lie there, the worse it gets.

  1. Sometimes i just stop trying to sleep and watch random videos until my mind get tired. Overthinking at 3am really different 😅
