Not sad, not broken — just hollow. Like you're going through the motions of a life that used to feel like yours but somehow doesn't anymore.
It's one of the loneliest feelings in the world, especially when everything around you looks fine on the outside.
Have you been here before? Did meaning come back — and if so, where did you find it?
yeah i’ve felt that kind of numb before, like nothing is bad but nothing really matters either. it’s weirdly harder than being sad sometimes.
ReplyDeletei don’t think meaning just suddenly comes back, it’s more like you rebuild it slowly. like doing small things even if they feel pointless at first—going outside, talking to someone, trying something new. it doesn’t feel meaningful right away, but it kinda adds up.
also sometimes it’s not about finding some big purpose, just finding little things that feel slightly better than nothing. that’s usually where it starts.
and if it’s been like that for a while, it might be worth talking to someone about it too. you don’t have to figure it out alone.
