How do you recover from burnout when you can't afford to slow down?

This is one of the cruelest traps burnout sets — the very thing you need to heal is the one thing your life won't seem to allow, so you keep pushing through and wonder why you feel emptier by the day.

Recovery doesn't always mean a vacation or a sabbatical — sometimes it starts with something as small as one boundary, one task dropped, or one hour that belongs entirely to you.

You can't pour from empty forever, and the world will keep asking until you decide that you matter enough to stop.
